We recruit, screen, train and hire qualified candidates who fit a client’s specific needs and skill set on an as needed or temporary basis. This type of staffing will reduce any and all human resources responsibilities that clients face with customized in-house payroll and accounting departments. We assume these duties to streamline client productivity and staffing economics to scale.


With this option, Summit Staffing Solutions will work with a client on a long-term or yearly basis supplying the client with consistent staff from a large applicant pool for full-time or for a specific job on a full-time basis. We can supply a team of associates yearly and at peak times through this form of staffing. In addition, this option benefits clients who wish to transition their employees to our payroll. The “pay-rolled employees” solution offers great economic benefit to clients. We assume all human resource responsibilities and offer benefits to match those from their previous employer.


This option allows a client to meet last minute staffing needs at a moment’s notice or for a given project. Summit Staffing Solutions carefully selects only candidates that have been pre-screened, are proven reliable, and that have the requisite skill set for these assignments.


This is a viable option for clients who wish to allow a probationary period of an associate candidate to determine if an individual is the right fit for the specific position. After a completed requisite number of hours worked, these associates can transition to a client’s payroll at no fee. If the client is dissatisfied with the associate during this time frame, we will select a qualified replacement at no additional cost.


This option is an excellent avenue for the overburdened company that does not have the time to review and narrow down resumes and candidates for a specific position. In today’s economic times, this option is a money- and time-saving solution. Summit Staffing Solutions carefully reviews, interviews, checks references, performs background checks and tests all applicants; and we will submit resumes and schedule interviews of only the most qualified individuals best suited for the position.
